Field’s End is a committee of the Bainbridge Public Library, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Field’s End can accept tax-deductible gifts and grants from individuals, corporations, and foundations donated to the library and ear-marked for Field’s End. So far, Field’s End and its programs are supported only by class tuition, conference and special event fees.
Most class tuition goes to instructors for their compensation, as do conference and event fees. The rest of that money will help Field’s End expand its services, offer tuition assistance, and contribute to the Bainbridge Public Library maintenance and operations funds for the library building.
